As a graduate student in DC, my life has been anything but slow. Whether I am training clients, teaching courses, attending classes, working with athletes, preparing food, or writing my thesis, my time for health is still a priority. My goal for Fit.Fast.Fun! is to provide an effective and practical blog in areas of training, nutrition, and the mind-body connection. Life gets hectic, but that doesn’t mean you should sacrifice your health. I will share with you what I have learned from my experience, professors, and research in a simple, matter of fact way.
